At the initial consultation
Prior to your appointment you will be asked to complete a form that will collect information on many aspects of your health and lifestyle.
At your appointment you will be asked about your medical history, current symptoms, eating habits, and what medications + supplements you take on a regular basis.
A comprehensive patient history is taken that includes your current health concerns but also your health history and all systems of the body (ie digestive, nervous system etc)
Recommended treatment options will be tailored to suit you and may include prescription of herbal and/or nutritional supplements, along with specific changes to your diet and lifestyle.
What to bring to your first appointment
It is useful if you bring to your appointment recent pathology tests, scans or X-rays relevant to your health concerns.
Please bring a list of your current medications and supplements you take regularly.
