Upon booking an appointment you will receive an email that confirms your appointment. 48hrs prior to your appointment you will also receive a reminder SMS.

Please ensure that if you need to change an appointment, you do so at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.

We understand that illness and personal issues can occur at any stage, therefore if this occurs we are more than happy for you to call our reception and discuss this with them. We are unlikely to charge you our late cancellation fee if this is the case.

If you do not arrive for your appointment, or cancel at the last minute, we will charge you a $55 fee.
