Join our weekly classes as we take you through evidence based exercises designed to strengthen your upper and lower body, improve balance, increase reaction speed and increase your overall confidence. Exercises during these classes are tailored to the individual and closely supervised.
Stepping Up is for anyone over the age of 65 looking to improve their current and future health outcomes in a supportive, non-intimidating space.
